DOSWatch information

DOSWatch is a utility that monitors disc activity by intercepting the BIOS disc service request. DOSWatch grew over several years, from a program that simply displayed the accesses as they were occurring, into a sophistocated program that monitors disc activity, keeps track of the number of sectors moved, the number of errors that have occurred, how many times each command has been used, and still displays pending accesses to the screen if you want. DOSWatch also supports write protecting the hard disc (it is a software write protect only, so programs that go behind DOS or the disc service request will probably not be affected).

The current version of DOSWatch is version 4.011. DOSWatch is not currently available to the general public. If you are interested in seeing DOSWatch, please email me, and we should be able to arrange for you to see it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
